What Is Horticultural Therapy?
Horticultural therapy is the use of plants and natural elements as a therapeutic medium. Horticultural therapy allows clients to develop concrete gardening skills, create new coping strategies for stress management and gain insight into the importance of a healthy lifestyle as it relates to their symptom management.
